After 15yrs of service, Mr. Phillips was provided an opportunity to explore his true passion. After being laid off from Comcast/Xfinity, he did what most would consider doing and took a leap of faith and started Tech 9 Smart Appliance Repair. David brings over 20yrs of Tech experience with a background in Electronics Repair and a certification from one of the leading Appliance Expert Schools, Master Samauri Tech. He's a member of the United Servicers Associations and believes in the evolution of tech-driven appliances.  His skills are the backbone of Tech 9 Smart Appliance Repair.  Since the founding of Tech 9, he's worked with numerous clients throughout Chicagoland and Surrounding Suburbs. His ethos is "Great service begins and ends with experienced and friendly professionals", which is why he places so much consideration into selecting only the best to join the Tech 9 team. Mr. Phillips goes above and beyond to form lasting relationships with his clients.
